About the Speaker
Tammy Sorenson of Sound Expressions (renewing the body through sound), The Arts Expressed, and formerly Jaran Family Ministries has been involved in music, worship ministry, spontaneous song writing, and the impact of music on the human body since elementary school.
Sorenson’s youngest son experienced kidney failure and a transplant at the age of fifteen. As his primary caregiver, she felt led to utilize her music background in conjunction with Sound Healing Therapy certifications to provide holistic alternatives for individuals and families navigating medical journeys. Health impacts not only the physical body, but the time, finances, mind, soul, and spirit of both the individual on the journey and their families.
